The staff has been great for the most part. The case managers and counselors are caring, personable, and professional. They keep their appointments and don't cancel at the last minute. Something to keep in mind is that they are there to help--not necessarily be your friend, which sometimes means telling you things you don't want to hear. But it is done in a compassionate way and with your best interests in mind.

I have no idea what went wrong with everyone else. I checked myself in a few weeks ago and have had a great experience. The staff has been nothing but wonderful to me. They have worked with my schedule and my financial situation since the beginning. As for the "doctor being on the computer", you're given a choice between a the local doctor or the nurse practitioner (Dr. Lauren) who is in Auburn (and contacts patient through a web video call). Dr. Lauren was an absolute treat as far as doctors go, and I've seen quite a few at this point. The only thing I can criticize is the initial delay I experienced when scheduling appointments. It took a few weeks before I was able to see my therapist, and my psychiatrist was even further out. However, that was a small price to pay for the kindness and respect the staff has shown me.
